- Q: Why would I want to walk on fire?
A: This is our favorite frequently asked firewalk question. There are as many answers to this question as there are people who have already walked on fire, which totals over one million in North America and Europe since 1982.People walk for all sorts of reasons. In general, people choose to walk on fire to overcome fear and beliefs that limit their lives.
Immense changes occur when we break beliefs held for our entire lives. ‘Fire burns,’ is a tremendous example of a limiting belief. ‘I don’t have enough money’ is a thought limiting our ability to make more money.
Once a breakthrough occurs, a whole New World of opportunities and possibilities become reality, because, we say to ourselves ” I WALK ON FIRE, I CAN DO ANYTHING I CHOOSE. ”
The chief aim of the seminar, demonstrated by the firewalk, is to illustrate that the main quality shared by those who achieve greatness is the ability to take action.
Fear often holds people back from achieving what they want with their life, and that fear is a more powerful motivator than desire or attraction. Walking safely on burning coals requires no special physical skills, you simply have to have the courage to brave it.
Applying that same principle to other aspects of life can empower the individual to attempt tasks he or she would previously have considered impossible.
- Q: Do I have to walk on the coals?
A: No! We cannot stress enough, the seminar is not about actually touching live red-hot coals. The seminar focuses on listening to ourselves and deciding what is best for us at that moment. In fact, there no pressure to walk on fire. Our goal is to get as many people to the seminar as possible, and your experience will be the same whether you walk or not.
- Q: How hot are the coals?
A: The coals have been measured to be approximately 1200 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature is dependant on several factors, including the type of wood and the weather conditions. Even if the fire “cooled” down to, say, 900 degrees, it is still three times hotter than your stove.
- Q : How long does the seminar last?
Our seminar is approximately 3 hours in length- as we believe longer is not neccesarily better- taking action and getting results is what counts!
- Q: What does it cost?
A: The fee to attend is $159/person.

- Q: Can I just come and watch?
A: Firewalking is not a spectator sport, but rather a deeply personal and transformational experience. During the seminar we ask for full participation as we delve into some deep issues regarding our fears and beliefs that bind us.It would be unfair and distracting to the group to have spectators watching as the participants move through perhaps the most intense and transformational experience of their lives. For this reason, we ask for full participation of everyone attending the seminar with the exception that you are not required to walk on fire.
- Q:What Age Do You Have to Be to Firewalk?
A: People as young as 3 years old have firewalked- and as old as 90. We encourage parents and children, couples and families to come to the seminar, however please make sure if you bring children they are old enough to be able to understand the contents of the seminar and participate in the activities.Since 1980 nearly a million ordinary people from all walks of life have successfully crossed over the burning coals at firewalks around the world. The firewalk itself is a completely optional exercise, but it comes at the end of a full 4 hours of both mental and physical preperation, so when the time comes to walk across the coals, even those who said “never!”, find themselves so comfortable and well prepared that they walk anyway!
